    Thursday December 18th 1884
Counsel and the Charge of the Court retired to
Consider of their verdict and thereafter on
the same day returned into open Court
and rendered the following verdict to wit:
 
                         In Circuit Court of Alachua
Ida E. Burnett and    }    County 5th Judicial Circuit
Samuel J. Burnett her }             of Florida
  Husband             }               Ejectment
         vs           }
Louisa Blue           } Gainesville Fla Decbr 18th 1884
We the Jury find for the Plaintiff and find that the
Plaintiff Ida E. Burnett has and is entitled to
the fee Simple or absolute title to that certain
tract or parcel of land situate lying and being in
Alachua County State of Florida particularly described
as follows to wit That parcel of land in Alachua County
Florida Commencing at the South West corner of Section
Thirty four (34) in Township Nine (9) South of Range
Twenty (20) East Thence East Five (5) chains and Fifty
(50) Links thence North Nine (9) chains thence West Two
(2) chains and thirty (30) Links thence in a South
westerly direction parallel to the Florida Rail way and
Navigation Company Railroad bed Six (6) chains and
Eighty Eight (88) Links thence South Three (3) chains
and Fifty five (55) Links to the place of beginning
containing about Four (4) acres more or less and
that the Plaintiffs are entitled to the possession
of said premises. We the Jury a verdict in favor
property with the Exception of the three quarters of
and acre or that was first fenced in adverse
possession by Mrs. Lou Blue ^the Defendant^ in said
land herein described property so say we all

  Whereupon it is ordered considered and adjudged
that the Plaintiff Ida E. Burnett do have and from
the defendant the said Louisa Blue the absolute title
in fee in and to the whole of that certain tract
or parcel of land situate lying and being in
Alachua County State of Florida particularly
described as follow to wit: Commencing at the South
West corner of Section thirty four (34) in Township Nine
(9) South of Range Twenty (20) East running thence East
Five (5) chains and fifty (50) links thence North Nine (9)
chains thence West Two (2) chains and thirty (30) Links
