Fall Term A.D. 1884
      Thursday December 18th 1884
thence in a South westerly direction parallel to
the Florida Railway and Navigation Company's Railroad
bed Six (6) chains and Eighty Eight (88) Links then South
Three (3) chains and fifty five (55) Links to place of
beginning containing about Four (4) acres more or less
                                              which 
Excepting the three fourths of an acre or that^was
first fenced; in adverse possession where upon it
ordered considered by the Court that the Plaintiff
Ida E. Burnett do have and recover of the Defendant
the sum of         dollars and          cents
        as her costs in this behalf expended and
the Defendant in mercy &c

Florida Southern Railway Company having this day
in open Court applied for its appeal to the Supreme
Court of the State of Florida from the Judgment
rendered against it at this term of the Court on
the 12th day of December A.D. 1884 in the above Stated
cause it is ordered that the said appellant
defendant be and it is hereby allowed Sixty days
after the adjournment of this Court within which to
have made up and signed its bill of Exceptions
