in said application respectfully report that they were
discharged their duty by examining the applicant Charles L. Fildes
in the several branches of the law and Equity and recommend
that he be admitted to plead and practice at the bar as an
attorney at law in the State of Florida Dec 17th 1884

duly sworn in as Attorney at Law and Councellor

thereof decided and so ordered that said motion
for new trial should be overruled to which ruling
and decision the Defendant then and there excepted
