      vs        }  Judgment for Witness
James H. Love & }   fees.

                    And now on this day
comes Leroy N. Pearce who files in open
Court his account for services as a witness
for the above named defendants in a
cause determined in this Court for the sum
of Eleven Dollars and Ninety five Cents -
and it appearing from the affidavit of
said plaintiffs that the defendants are
due the said plaintiff the said sum of
Eleven Dollars and Ninety five Cents it
is therefore ordered Considered and adjudged
that the plaintiff Leroy N. Pearce do
have and recover of and from the Defendants
James H. Love and E.C. Beach the said
 Sum of Eleven Dollars and Ninety five
Cents together with his Costs in this
behalf expended taxed at Three dollars
and Thirty Eight Cents and the Defendants
in mercy &c.

                     In the Circuit Court of Florida
                     5th Judicial Circuit Alachua County
                             Fall Term A.D. 1884

                             }
                               And now on this day
comes Peter Armstrong who files in open Court his
account for services as a witness for the above
named defendants in a cause detrimental in this
Circuit for the sum of Sixteen dollars and fifty five
cents and it appearing from the affidavit of said
Plaintiffs that the defendants are due the said Plaintiff
the said sum of Sixteen dollars and fifty five cents
it is therefore ordered considered and adjudged that
the plaintiff Peter Armstrong do have and recover of
and from the defendants Foster & Colclough the said sum of
sixteen dollars and fifty five cents together with his cost
in this behalf expended taxed at Three Dollars and
Thirty Eight cents and the Defendant in Mercy &c

and satisfaction of within judgment
the same is hereby cancelled and discharged
from the records this 4th day of June
