                     And now on this day comes the
Plaintiff and files his account in open Court for
services as a witness for the above named defendants in a
cause determined in this Court for the sum of Sixteen
dollars and fifty five cents.  And it appearing from the
affidavits of said Plaintiff that the Defendant are due the said
Plaintiff the said sum of Sixteen dollars and fifty five
cents it is therefore ordered considered and adjudged
that the plaintiff Wm Salmons do have and recover
of and from the said defendants Foster & Colclough the
said sum of Sixteen dollars and fifty five cents together
with his costs in this behalf expended taxed at
Three  -- dollars and Thirty Eight cents
and the defendant in mercy &c.

In consideration of the payment and satisfac-
tion of within Judgment the same is duly
declared cancelled and discharged from records,
this 4th day of June 1896

County of Alachua } Know all men by these pres-
ents that I  N.G. Binckley of the Marion County
and State for and in Consideration of the sum
of Eighty dollars to me in hand paid by F.G. Bauk-
night of the County and State aforesaid the re-
ceipt whereof I do hereby acknowledge have
granted bargained sold and conveyed and by
these presents do grant bargain sell and Convey
unto the said F.G. Bauknight all of that Certain
lot piece tract or parcel of land situated
lying and being in the County of Alachua State 
of Florida Known and described as follows
to wit:  The North East Quarter of the South East
Quarter of Section Twenty and the North West
Quarter of the South West Quarter of section
Twenty one in Township Eleven South of
Range Eighteen East Containing Eighty acres
more or less together with all and singular
the tenements hereditaments and appurtenances
to the same belonging or in any wise apper-
taining.  To have and to hold the same unto
him the said F.G. Bauknight and his heirs
executors administration and assigns in
fee simple absolute forever, and the
said party of the first part for himself
