      Friday December 19th 1884 -
and his heirs execuetaors administrators does
hereby covenant and agree to and with the
party of the second part that he has a good
and lawful right to sell the same and that
he will forever warrant and defend the
same unto him the said F.G. Bauknight
and to heirs and assigns against the claims
of all persons lawfully claiming or to claim
the same. In Witness whereof I have hereunto
set my hand and seal this 26th day of
December A.D. 1872.

is a substantial Copy of a Deed made and
delivered to me by N.G. Brinckley late of the
County of Alachua and that the original
^Deed^ of which the above is a ^substantial^
Copy has been lost by him so that the
Same is not within his Knowledge Custody

Upon reading and considering the foregoing
petition and being Satisfied that due and
legal notice has been given of the appli-
cations to establish a copy in lieu of the
original it is hereby ordered that the copy
of said deed filed with the petition be and
the same is hereby established in lieu of the
original or lost Deed Thos F. King Judge
