forthwith Seven persons to Serve as Grand Jurors at

Whereupon the Sheriff having returned the
Venire Facias for Seven Jurors for the Grand
Jury by Summoning the following named persons to
wit: D.A. Miller - J.R. Flewellen, C.F. Jolly, W.J.
Hodge - H.B. King Wm N. Wilson and J.A. Conoway -
Whereupon the panel of the Grand Jury now being
Complete the Grand Jury retired to their Room
and Selected Charles A. Sheldon as their Foreman
Whereupon the following named persons were duly
Sworn and empanelled as Grand Jurors for
this the Spring Term of our Circuit Court to wit:

Whereupon the Grand Jury after receiving the Charge
of the Court returned to their Room under the
Charge of S.P. Bevill who had been appointed
and duly Sworn as Bailiff to the Grand Jury
Whereupon the Sheriff having returned the Venire
Facias for the Petit Jury for the first week of this
term of our Circuit Court by summoning the
following named persons to wit:
D.L. Ferguson, Thos R. Bennett, E.A. Adkins, L.A.
Jernigan, John W. Burnett, T.J. McAllister - C.A.
Butler, P.W. Cato Jr., E.C. Garner Ferdinand Bayer
G.H. Ambrose - P.M. Colson, A.W. Hinson,
John J. Stroud, T.B. Pearson, John Haile, W.M.
Blitch and Joseph Guinn
Whereupon the Court for good Cause shown ex
cused P.M. Colson, T.J. McAllister, John J.
Stroud and John Haile from further attendance
on the Court.
