for the Petit Jury as having been duly executed

Whereupon the Court for good and sufficient
cause the excused Wiley Hines, Joel Townsend
and James Croxton, & C.J. Morrison
Whereupon J.D. Matheson & F.X. Miller were reported
as being sick

Whereupon the Court sentenced the Prisoner
R.D. Hoyt to pay a fine of Five dollars
and the Cost of the suit and to stand
