and James Button to show cause why they should
not be fined for non attendance

Whereupon the Sheriff returned the Venire Facias
for the Petit Jury as having been duly executed
by summonsing - James Croxton, J.J. Jones, J.D. Matheson
Oscar Wiggins C.J. Morrison, Jack Burton, T.B. Ellis
G.W. Scofield, J.S. Dupuis M.F. McCook M.S. Cheeves
R.C. Bradley, Wiley Hines, Joel Townsend F.X. Miller
G.W. Watts W.J. Jolly, and A.J. Collins
Whereupon the Court for good and sufficient
cause the excused Wiley Hines, Joel Townsend
and James Croxton, & C.J. Morrison
Whereupon J.D. Matheson & F.X. Miller were reported
as being sick
Whereupon

W.D. Tillman & Sons } and now this Cause is con-
tinued by Consent

S.B. Hubbard & Co et al }
         vs             }  Ejectment
James Massey et al      }  and now this cause has
been Referred to P.H. Young Referee

State of Florida }
        vs       }  Perjury
Pollidore Green  }  and now this Cause is Continued

State of Florida }
        vs       }  assault with intent to Murder
Cyrus Steward    }  and now this Cause is nol Prosed

State of Florida }
        vs       }  carrying arms secretly
R.D. Hoyt        }  and now this cause coming on
to be heard and the State atty prosecuting in the
name and by authority of the State of Florida
and the prisoner appearing in his own proper person
Saith that he is guilty as the indictment alleges
Whereupon the Court sentenced the Prisoner
R.D. Hoyt to pay a fine of Five dollars
and the Cost of the suit and to stand
