                          Upon reading and filing
the petition of the above named Axline and Markley
defendants hereon for the removal of this suit
into the Circuit Court of the United States for the
Northern District of Florida in the 5th Circuit
in pursuance of the laws of the United States re-
lating to the removal of cause from the State Courts
and upon filing the Security offered by said
Defendants according to the requirement of said laws
and on motion of James R. Challen attorney for
said defendants it is hereby ordered that said
security be accepted and the said suit be
removed into the next Circuit Court of the U.S.
to be held in the said Northern District of Florida
and that no further proceedings be had in said
suit in this Court          Thos F. King

                  And now the prisoner Philip
Sams being now in open Court for Sentence
and now being demanded if he had anything
to say why Sentence should not be passed
upon him saith nothing, Whereupon the
Court sentenced Philip Sams to pay a fine
of One hundred Dollars and to stand
committed until the Same is paid
