              vs         }  Sentence
        Azariah Robinson }
                       And now the prisoner Azariah 
        Robinson being in open Court for sentence
        was demanded of if he has any thing to say
        why sentence should not be passed upon
        him - saith nothing, whereupon the Court
        sentenced the Prisoner Azariah Robinson to Con-
        finement at hard labor in the County Jail for
        the space of Three months

        William Canty    }
                         } And now the prisoner William
        Canty being in open Court for sentence was
        demanded of if he had any thing to Say why
        Sentence should not be passed upon him
        saith nothing, whereupon the Court Sentenced
        the Prisoner William Canty to Confinement in the
        States Prison at hard labor for the space of Two
        (2) years.

        Frank Davis       }
                             And now the prisoner Frank
        Davis being in open Court for Sentence was dem-
        anded of if he had any thing to Say why sentence
        should not be passed upon him Saith nothing
        whereupon the Court sentenced the prisoner Frank
        Davis to Confinement in the States prison at hard
        labor for the space of Three years

                             And now this Cause Coming
        on to be heard W.A. Hocker State attorney prose
        cutting in the name and by the authority of the
        State of Florida and the prisoner appearing in
        his own proper person as well as by S.Y. Finley
        his attorney saith that he is not guilty
