The Court met pursuant to adjournment of

} And now the hearing
of this Cause is resumed the parties plaintiff
and Defendant being in open Court by their
respective attorneys as also the Jury who had
been duly Sworn and empanelled on yesterday to wit
E.K. Fagan, W.B. Hodgson, J.B. Dill, B.W. Waits
C.F. Jolly - Chas J. Mixson and the Jury afore
said thereafter after hearing the balance of the
evidence the argument of Counsel and the
Charge of the Court retired to consider of their
Verdict and thereafter on the Same day returned
into open Court and rendered the following verdict
to wit: We the Jury find for the Plaintiffs and
assess the Damages at One thousand dollars

Whereupon it is ordered Considered and ad-
judged by the Court that the Plaintiffs
do have and recover of and from the Defen-
dants the Sum of One thousand ($100000)
Dollars for their Damages together with
their costs in this behalf expended taxed
at Forty five ~~~~~~~~ Dollars and

For and in consideration of $1045.75 in a Draft for that Sum
I hereby cancel and discharge this Judgment from Record
