We the Jury find a verdict for the Defendant
So say we all W.M. Bradford

Whereupon it is ordered Considered and ad-
judged by the Court that the Defendants do have
and recover of and from the plaintiff the Sum of
Dollars
and cents in this behalf expend as
cost herein and the plaintiff in mercy &c
Whereupon the Court dismissed the Petit
Jury from further attendance on the Court
Whereupon the Court adjourned until Monday
morning next.

motion was Submitted to the Court without ar-
gument Whereupon the Court after consideration
of the Same ordered that said motion should
be overruled to which ruling and decision of the
Court the Defendant by his Counsel then and
there excepted.
Whereupon the Court on the application of the
Defendant allowed said defendant (30) Thirty
days in which to present a Bill of exceptions
