        vs            }  Convicted of Larceny at the
Philip Sams           }  Spring Term of Alachua
                         Circuit Court 1885 =
                         The Fine placed upon the
said defendant at the last term of Alachua
Circuit Court having been paid and it having
been made to appear to me that the said Sams
is unable to pay the Costs in said Case it is ordered
that the said costs be remitted and that the
said Sams be discharged from Custody and
that this order be placed upon the Judgment
order book of said Court

that the Court stand adjourned until
