And now this Cause Coming on
to be heard and the Plaintiff and defendant
appearing by their respective attorneys and the
issues herein being joined a Jury was called
and there came G.W. Blake - J.G. Dampier
J.G. Bevill, Verd Polk, N.A. Markey and
A.B. Edgell who were duly Sworn and empan-
elled to well and truly try the issues joined ac-
cording to the evidence And thereafter after
hearing the evidence and the argument of
Counsel
Whereupon the Court adjourned until tomorrow
morning at Nine Oclock:

The Court met pursuant to adjournment of
yesterday His Honor Thos F. King Judge
presiding:

And now the hearing of
this Cause is resumed and the Jury who
had been duly Sworn and empanelled on yester-
day to wit G.W. Blake, J.G. Dampier, J.G. Bevill
Verd Polk - N.A. Markey and A.B. Edgell being
in open Court as also likewise the parties plaintiff
and Defendant by their respective attorneys -
And the Jury aforesaid after hearing the
Charge of the Court retired to Consider of
their verdict and thereafter on the Same day =
returned into open Court and rendered
the following verdict to wit:
We the Jury in the case of Wm N. Justice vs J.R.
Flewellen find the defendant indebted to the
plaintiff in the Sum of Four hundred
and fifty Seven and 17/100 Dollars. A.B. Edgell
