      Gainesville Dec 3d 1885. Whereupon it is ordered Considered, and-
      adjudged by the Court that the Plaintiff do have and recover of and from -
      the Defendant the Sum of Four hundred and Fifty Seven 17/100 dollars
      together with his costs in this behalf expended taxed at Fourteen
      ~~~ dollars and Seventeen cents and the Defendant in mercy &c -
