And now this Cause coming
on to be heard and the parties plaintiff and defen-
dant being in open Court by their respective
attorneys and the issues being joined a Jury was
called and there came J.T. Ferguson, J.H. Post
James Love - L.H. Johnson - G.W. Blake - J.G. Dampier
who were duly Sworn and empanelled to well and truly
try the issues joined according to the evidence
and thereafter hearing the evidence rendered the
following verdict to wit: We the Jury find
Elbert Felton indebted to C.F. Jolly in Sum of
($19500) one hundred and Ninety Five dolls -

Whereupon it is ordered Considered and adjudged
by the Court that the Plaintiff do have and
recover of and from the Defendant the
Sum of One hundred and Ninety Five
dollars together with his Costs in this
behalf expended taxed Sixty Two
Dollars and Fifty Six
Cents and the Defendant in Mercy &c

This certifies that this Judgment in fa-
vor of Chas F. Jolly vs Elbert Fenton
has been paid in full, principal interest and
all costs by the defendant; and the same is
hereby settled and satisfied in full -
