The Court met pursuant to adjournment of
yesterday His Honor Thos F. King Judge presiding
The State of Florida } Hocker
vs } assault with intent
Caesar Joiner } to Murder
Goss & Dunson & S.Y. Finley
And now the hearing of
this Cause is resumed and the Jury who were
duly Sworn and empanelled on yesterday being
now in open Court and the Jury aforesaid
after hearing the charge of the Court and the
argument of Counsel retired to Consider of their
Verdict and thereafter on the Same day returned
into open Court and rendered the following
verdict to wit: We the Jury find the defendant
not guilty So Say we all E.D. Hodges
