Fall Term A.D. 1885
Tuesday December 8th 1885 -
Robinson being open Court for sentence was
demanded if he had any thing to say why Sentence
should not be passed on him Saith nothing: Whereupon
the Court sentenced the prisoner Nathan Robinson
to Confinement in the States Prison at hard labor
for the space of One (1) Year
Whereupon the Court adjourned until tomorrow
morning at nine oclock
Fall Term A.D. 1885
Wednesday December 9th 1885
The Court met pursuant to adjournment of
yesterday His Honor Thos F. King Judge presiding
Whereupon the Court Sentenced F.E. Hughes to
pay a fine of Twenty five dollars and to
Stand committed to Jail until the Said fine
is paid and that he be confined in the County Jail for (24)
Twenty four hours -
Whereupon the Grand Jury came into open
Court and rendered the following Indictments of
