} And now this Cause Coming
on to be heard and the parties plaintiff and
defendant being in open Court by their res-
pective attorneys and the issues being joined
a Jury was called and there came S.J. Burnett
L.C. Ellis, M.M. May, Robert Kite - D.R. Fletcher
R.M. Davis who were duly Sworn to well and
truly try the issues joined and thereafter after
hearing the evidence the argument of counsel
and the Charge of the Court retired to consider
of their verdict and thereafter on the Same
day returned into open Court and rendered
the following Verdict to wit: We the Jury find
for the Defendant so say we all

Whereupon it is Considered ordered and adjudged
by the Court that the Defendant do have
and recover of and from the Plaintiff his Costs
in this behalf expended taxed at Seven
Dollars and Ninety
Seven Cents and the Plaintiff in Mercy
