       verdict for the defendant So Say we all

       Whereupon it is ordered Considered and adjudged
       by the Court that the Defendant do have and recover
       of and from the Plaintiff his Costs in this behalf
       expended taxed at Eight Nine dollars
       and Forty Sven cents and the Plaintiff in
       mercy &c

       Indictment against him alleges -
