Friday December 11th 1885
Came J.F. Donaldson, W.H.H. Folk, Wm Ellis, Roth
Reynolds, Jas A. Shannon Wiley Howard who were
duly Sworn and empanelled to well and truly try the
issues joined and thereafter after hearing the evidence
the argument of counsel and the Charge of the Court
retired to consider of their verdict and thereafter
on the Same day returned into open Court and rend
ered the following verdict to wit:
We the Jury find for the Defendant

Foreman
Whereupon it is ordered Considered and adjudged
by the Court that the Defendant do have and recover
of and from the Plaintiff his costs in this behalf
expended taxed at Dollars and
Cents and the Plaintiff in mercy &c

And now this cause coming
on to be heard and the parties plaintiff and defend
ant being in open Court by their respective attorneys
and the issues being joined a Jury was called
and there came M.M. May, Robert Kite D.R. Fletcher
R.M. Davis, John F. Donaldson Roth Reynolds who
were duly Sworn and empanelled to well and truly try the
issues joined - and thereafter hearing a part of the
evidence
Whereupon the Grand Jury Came into open
Court and rendered the following Indictments of the
State of Florida }
