James Douglass   }  and now the prisoner James
Douglass being in open Court for Sentence and being
demanded if he had any thing to say why sentence
should not be passed upon him Saith nothing
Whereupon the Court Sentenced James Douglass to pay a
fine of one hundred dollars together with the Costs
in this behalf expended =

                     And now the hearing of
this cause is resumed the Jury who had been
duly Sworn and empanelled on yesterday being
in open Court and the Jury aforesaid after
