        The Court met pursuant to adjournment of last
        Saturday His Honor Thos F. King Judge presiding

                          }  And now the Plaintiff
        are allowed to with draw joinder to pleas and
        are granted leave to file demurer to pleas -

        William M. Knox   }  Ashby & Thrasher
# 29             vs       }  Libel
        Lucius Montgomery }  Taylor & Sanchez -
                          }  And now the Jury who
        had been duly Sworn and empanelled in
        this Cause on December 11th 1885 to wit:  M.M. May
        Roth Reynolds - Robert Kite D.R. Fletcher - R.M.
        Davis and John F. Donaldson being in open
        Court as also the parties plaintiff and Defendant
        by their respective attorneys the hearing of this
        cause was resumed, Whereupon this hearing
        of this Cause is adjourned by Consent until
        Wednesday Morning at eleven oclock the
        Said Plaintiff William M. Knox being re-
        quired by the Court to pay all the Costs
        of the Same on Wednesday next

        Whereupon the Court adjourned until Wednes-
        day morning next at ten oclock
