 Fall Term A.D. 1885
    Wednesday December 16th 1885
of this Court Whereupon it is ordered that
this cause be reinstated on the Docket upon
the Plaintiff paying the Costs of the term

William M. Knox   }  Ashby & Thrasher
        vs        }      Libel
Lucius Montgomery }  Taylor & Sanchez
                  }
                    And now the Jury who had
been duly Sworn and empanelled in this Cause
on the 11th inst being in open Court as also the
parties plaintiff and defendant by their respective
attorneys whereupon the Jury aforesaid to wit:
M.M. May  Roth Reynolds, Robert Kite D.R. Fletcher
R.M. Davis and John F. Donaldson after hearing
the balance of the evidence an a part of the
argument.

Whereupon the Court adjourned until tomorrow
morning at nine oclock

  Fall Term  A.D. 1885
       Thursday December 17th 1885
The Court met pursuant to adjournment HIs
Honor Thos F. King Judge presiding

                     And now the Jury who

said after hearing the balance of the Argu-
ment of Counsel and the Charges of the Court
retired to consider of their verdict -

And now L.C. Martin being in open Court
for Contempt of Court, Whereupon the Said
Martin having disclaimed any intention
