The Court met pursuant to adjournment of yes-

And now the Jury who
had retired to consider of their Verdict in
this Cause on yesterday to wit: M.M. May, Roth
Reynolds - Robert Kite - D.R. Fletcher, R.M. Davis
John F. Davidson came into open Court and
rendered the following verdict to wit: We find
the defendant guilty and assess the damages
to the plaintiff at Seven Thousand dollars
($7,000) Roth Reynolds

Whereupon it is ordered considered and
adjudged by the Court that the Plaintiff
do have and recover of and from the Defendant
the Sum of Seven thousand ($7,000 00/100) Dollars
for his damages together with his costs in this
behalf expended taxed at Two hundred and
Two ~~~~~~~~~ Dollars and Eighty Three Cents
and the Defendant in mercy &c
