And now this Cause is Continued

vs } Carry Concealed Weapons
Samuel Duncan } F.E. Hughes
} And now this Cause coming on to
be heard W.A. Hocker State attorney prosecuting in
the name and by the Authority of the State of
Florida and the prisoner appearing in his own
proper person as well as by F.E. Hughes his attorney -
Whereupon the prisoner was arraigned and upon his
arraignment saith he is not guilty as the Indictment
alleges against him and for good and evil he
puts himself upon god and the Country for trial
Whereupon a Jury was called and there came -
J.J. Jones Oscar Wiggins, Jack Burton, T.B. Ellis
M.S. Cheves, and M.F. McCook who were duly sworn
and empanelled to well and truly try the issue joined
and thereafter after hearing the evidence and the
charge of the Court retired to consider of their verdict
and thereafter on the Same day returned into open
Court and rendered the following verdict to wit:
We the Jury find the Defendant not Guilty

Whereupon the prisoner and his sureties and
the witnesses were discharged -

} And now this Cause Coming on
to be heard the prisoner saith that he is guilty
as the Indictment alleges.
