And now this cause coming on to be
heard and the parties plaintiff and defendant appearing in
open Court by their respective attorneys and now the
issues being Joined a Jury was called and there came

S. Merchan 5 D.C. Fink 6 D.G. Harvard who were duly
Sworn and empanelled to well and truly try the issues joined
and the Jury aforesaid after hearing the evidence the
argument of Counsel and the Charge of the Court retired
to consider of their verdict and thereafter on the same
day returned into open Court and rendered the following
verdict to wit: Gainesville Fla May 6/86
We the Jury find for the plaintiff ($25000) Two hundred
& Fifty Dollars as damages so say we all

Whereupon it is ordered Considered and adjudged by the
Court that the Plaintiff do have and recover of and from
the Defendant the Sum of Two hundred and fifty dol
lars for his damages together with his Costs in this be-
half expended taxed at Twenty Four Dollars
and Fifty Eight cents, and the Defendant in mercy &c
