Thursday May 6th 1886 -
by Consent of Counsel for both the plaintiffs and the
Defendant this cause was referred to the Court for
trial, Whereupon the Court after hearing the evidence
The Court considered ordered and adjudged that
the plaintiffs do have and recover of and from the
Defendant the sum of Four hundred and Eight
02/100 ($408 02/100) Dollars for their damages together with
their costs in this behalf expended taxed at Six
95/100 ($6 95/100) Dollars and the Defendant in Mercy &c
Fannie M. Mills and }
William R. Mills her husband } Finley & Hampton & Taylor & Sanchez

James P. Bauknight } Ashby & Thrasher
And now this Cause Coming
on to be heard and the parties plaintiffs and defendant
appearing in open Court by their respective attorneys and
now the issues being joined a Jury was called and there
came, J.J. Thompson, J.L. Crissman, Jas Goodale, J.R. Fair-
Cloth - James R. Crawford D.A. Robertson who were duly
Sworn and empanelled to well and truly try the issues
joined, and the Jury aforesaid after hearing a apart of
the evidence.
Whereupon the Court adjourned until tomorrow morning half
after Eight (8 1/2) Oclock
Friday morning May 7th 1886
Court met pursuant to adjournment of yesterday his Hon
Thos F. King Judge presiding

And now the parties plaintiff & defendant
being in open Court by their Attorneys as also the Jury who
had been duly sworn and empanelled herein on yesterday to wit
J.J. Thompson J.L. Crissman Jas Goodale J.R. Faircloth James
R. Crawford & D.A. Robertson the hearing of this cause was resumed
and after hearing of the argument and ruling of the Court
Whereupon now comes the plaintiffs by their Attorneys and
withdraws the Jury and takes a non Suit in this cause
