Whereupon it is ordered Considered and adjudged
by the Court that the Plaintiff do have and recover
of and from Defendant the Sum of Seven -
hundred ($70000) Dollars for his damages together
with his Costs in this behalf expended taxed
at Dollars and
Cents and the Defendant in Mercy &c

And now this Cause Coming
on to be heard and the parties plaintiff and defend-
ant appearing in open Court by their respective
attorneys, and now comes the Defendant by his
attorneys and withdraws his pleas filed herein and
Consents that a Judgment by default Shall be
entered herein, and that the Clerk do assess the
damages.
Whereupon the Clerk having assessed the damages
at one hundred and Twelve 67/100 ($112/67) Dollars
It is therefore ordered Considered and adjudged by the
Court that the Plaintiff do have and recover of and
from the Defendant the Sum of One hundred and
Twelve 67/100 (112/67) Dollars for his damages together with
his costs in this behalf expended taxed at Eight
~~~~~~~ Dollars and Two ~~~~~~~~ Cents and
the Defendant in Mercy &c
Whereupon the Grand Jury Came into open
Court and rendered the following Indictments of the
