And now this cause coming on to
be heard and the parties plaintiff and defendant
appearing in open Court by their respective attorneys
and now the issues being joined a Jury was called
and there came G.T. Erickson, D.A. Robertson
Geo S. Merchant, Charles Mixson, D.G. Harvard
O.D. Morris who were duly Sworn and empanelled
to well and truly try the issues joined and the
Jury aforesaid after hearing a part of the evidence
It appearing that there will be a second week for the holding of
this Court it is ordered that the names of Eighteen Jurors be drawn from
the list of three hundred Jurors & that they be summoned in the
manner provided by law ^ to serve as Jurors on the said second
week^ the writ therefor to be returned at 10 oclock A.M. on
the tenth day of this month
