vs } Assault with intent to Rob

Terry, Edward Terry Jr} Taylor & Sanchez
and George Johnson }
} And now this Cause Coming
on to be heard W.A. Hocker State attorney prosecuting
in the name and by the Authority of the State of
Florida and the prisoners appearing in their own
proper persons as well as by their attorneys Taylor
& Sanchez - Whereupon the prisoners were arraigned
and upon their arraignment Saith that they are
not guilty as the Indictment alleges against them
and for good and evil put themselves upon God and
the Country for trial whereupon a Jury was called
and there came T.B. Ellis, G.W. Watts, R.C. Bradley
J.S. Dupuis, Oscar Wiggins and J.J. Jones who
were well and truly sworn to well and truly try the
issue joined and thereafter after hearing the
Evidence the argument of Counsel and the
Charge of the Court retired to Consider of their
verdict and thereafter on the Same day returned
into open and informed the Court that they
could not agree as to a verdict
Whereupon the Court ordered a Mistrial to be
declared =

} and now this Cause coming on
to be heard W.A. Hocker State attorney prosecuting

proper person as well as by her attorney F.E.
Hughes whereupon the prisoner was arraigned
and upon her arraignment saith that she is not
guilty as the Indictment alleges against her

M.F. McCook A.J. Collins M.S. Cheves, E.S. Gunnells
W.G. Seickenius, and George Smith who were duly
sworn and empanelled to well and truly try the
issue joined and thereafter after hearing the evidence
the argument of Counsel and the Charge of the
Court retired to Consider of their Verdict and
