Whereupon
the Court adjourned until tomorrow

And now the Jury who
had retired on yesterday to consider of their
Verdict to wit: M.G. McCarroll - D.A. Miller, Marion
Campbell J.D. Matheson, W.J. Knight, James Croxton
W.H. Baltzell, J.A. Shannon - D.A. Robertson, W.B.
Briggs, T.W. Dawkins and S.V. Duke came into
open Court and rendered the following
Verdict to wit: We the Jury find the prisoner
Guilty M.G. McCarroll
May 14th 1886 Foreman
Whereupon the prisoner was remanded to Jail
State of Florida }
# 4 vs } Breaking & Entering a building
Charley Hicks } in night time with intent to
Commit a Felony
And now this Cause is nol
prosed

# 5 vs } Larceny
David Welch } And now the prisoner being
thrice called failed to answer, Whereupon his
bond was estreated and Scire facias ordered
to issue to the Principal and sureties to show Cause
why Judgment shall not be rendered against
them
