    Wednesday April 27th 1881 -
thereafter on the same day returned into open
Court and rendered the following Verdict to
wit: We the Jury find the Defendant not Guilty

                 }  And now the Court sentenced
the Prisoner to pay a fine of 1$ one Dollars and the
Costs of this Suit and to stand Committed until the
same is paid
