And now this cause is Continued
on motion of the Defendant

# 61 vs } Breaking and entering a building
Henry Williams } with intent to commit a felony
And now this cause coming
on to be heard W.A. Hocker State attorney prose-
cuting in the name and by authority of the State
of Florida and the prisoner appearing in open
Court in his own proper person and being forth-
with demanded how he would acquit himself
of the charge against him saith that he is
guilty as the verdict alleges against him
Whereupon the Court sentenced the prisoner
Henry Williams to hard labor in the States
Prison for the space of Two (2) Years -

William Young & } and Cohabitation
Amelia Young }
And now this Cause is Continued
State of Florida }
# 64 vs } Carrying Concealed Weapons
George H. Sutherland }
And now this Cause came
on to be heard and now comes the Defendant
and saith that he is guilty as the indictment
alleges against him
Whereupon the Court sentenced the Defendant
George H. Sutherland to pay a fine of Twenty
Five dollars together with the Costs of Court
