             Spring Term A.D. 1886
                      Saturday May 15th 1886

         Say why sentence should not be passed upon him Saith Nothing
       Whereupon the Court sentenced the Prisoner John Austin to the State Prison
       at hard labor for life

       State of Florida }
# 59          vs        }  Sentence
       Alfred Dansey    }
                          And now the prisoner Alfred Dansey being into
       open Court for Sentence was demanded if he had anything to say
       why sentence should not be passed upon him saith nothing
       Whereupon the Court sentenced the prisoner to be confined in the
       State Prison at hard labor for Five years (5)

       State of Florida }
# 59          vs        }  Sentence
       Caledonia Smith  }
                         And now the prisoner Caledonia Smith being into
       open Court for Sentence was demanded if she had anything to say
       why sentence should not be passed upon her saith nothing
       Whereupon the Court sentenced the Prisoner Caledonia Smith to be 
       confined in the State Prison at hard labor for the space of (5)
       Five years

       Jim Mickle       }
                          And now the prisoner Jim Mickle being 
       into open Court for Sentence was demanded if he had anything to 
       say why sentence should not be passed upon her saith nothing
       Whereupon the Court sentenced the Prisoner Jim Mickle to be confined 
       at hard labor in the State Prison for the Space of Two (2) years 

       State of Florida } Hocker
              vs        } Breaking and entering a dwelling house with intent to
       John Gray        } commit a misdemeanor
                         And now this cause coming on to be heard William
       A. Hocker State Attorney prosecuting in the name and by
       the authority of the State of Florida and the prisoner appearing
       into open Court in his own proper person and being forthwith
       demanded how he would acquit him self of the Charge against
       him Saith that he is guilty as the Indictment alleges
       against him
