John Gray }
And now the Prisoner John Gray being into
open Court for sentence was demanded if he had anything to
say why sentence should not be passed upon him saith nothing
Whereupon the Court Sentenced the Prisoner John Gray to be
imprisoned in the State Penitentiary at hard labor for the space
of one year (1)

Alfred Footman }
And now the Prisoner Alfred Footman being
into open Court for Sentence was demanded if he had anything
to say why sentence should not be passed upon him saith nothing
Whereupon the Court sentenced the Prisoner Alfred Footman to be
confined in the State Prison at hard labor for the Space of
Five (5) Years

John Hardy }
And now the Prisoner John
Hardy being brought into open Court for sentence was de-
manded if he had any thing to Say why Sentence
should not be pronounced on him saith nothing
Whereupon the Court Sentenced the prisoner John
Hardy to wit: It is the Judgment of the Court and
the sentence of the law that you John Hardy
be taken hence to the Jail of this County of Alachua
by the Sheriff of said Alachua County and that you
be there by him safely kept and that you be
hung by the neck until you be dead at such
time and place as the Governor of the State of
Florida by his warrant shall appoint.
