Court aforesaid comes the Defendants aforesaid

their appeal from the Judgment & Sentence herein
rendered to the Supreme Court of the State of
Florida to be held at the City of Tallahassee

Isaac Waiters    }
                 and now on this day the pris-
oner Isaac Waiters being in open Court for
sentence being demanded if he had any thing to
say why sentence should not be passed on him
saith nothing, whereupon the Court sentenced the
prisoner Isaac Waiters to confinement in the
County Jail of Alachua County for six months
