motions of the states attorney nol prosed

motion of the states attorney nol prossed

Whereupon the Court adjourned until ten 
o'clock tomorrow morning.

Fall Term AD 1880
        Wednesday November 17th 1880
The Court met pursuant to adjournment of
yesterday His Honor James B. Dawkins
Judge presiding.

Whereupon the Sheriff of Alachua County
having returned the special venire facias to
complete the pannell of the Grand Jury as
having been executed and it appearing to the
Court that there was a deficiency in the number
of persons to Complete the panell of the Grand
Jury.
    Whereupon the Court issued the following
order to wit:
         In Circuit Cort Alachua County
                             Fall Term AD 1880
It appearing to the Court that there is a deficiency
of Grand Jurors duly drawn and summonsed
in attendance upon this term of the Court to wit
the number of Eight.  It is ordered that the Clerk
of this Court issue a writ of venire facias directed
to the Sheriff of this County.  Commanding him
to return forthwith Eight Jurors duly qualified
according to law to serve as Grand Jurors for this
term of the Court.            James B. Dawkins
