We the Jury find in favor of Defendant

Whereupon it is ordered Considered and adjudged
by the Court that the Defendant do have and
recover of and from the Plaintiffs the sum of
         Dollars and          cents his
Costs in this behalf expended

Wm Noyes, Alixander Hardaway} And now on this day
this Cause came on to be heard and the
Defendants having failed to appear plead
answer or demur to the Scire Facias filed
herein. It is ordered Considered and adjudged
by the Court that the Plaintiff do have
and recover of and from the Defendants
William Noyes and Alexander Hardaway the
Sum of One hundred ($10000) Dollars
together with the Costs in this behalf
expended taxed at                      Dollars
and              Cents and the said Defen-
dants in mercy &c
