The Court met this day pursuant to adjournment His

And now on this day on
motion of the Plaintiffs attorney in the above
styled Cause it is ordered that the order of the
Court dismissing the Said causes for wont of
prosecution at the last term of this Court be
recinded and that said cause be docketed
for this term.

And now on this day this
Cause came on to be heard and the parties plain-
tiff and Defendants appearing in open Court
by their respective attorneys and now the issues
being joined a Jury was called and there came
J.B. Coker, W.W. Pope, C.W. Stephens, F.P. Whitten
burg J.L. Crawford and Ferd Bayer who were
duly sworn and empanelled to well and truly try
the issues joined and thereafter after hearing the
evidence the argument of Counsel and the Charge
of the Court retired to consider of their verdict
and thereafter on the Same day returned into
open Court and rendered the following verdict
to wit: Gainesville Fla Dec 2nd 1886
We the Jury find for plaintiff in the Sum
of one thousand Dollars damages

Whereupon it is ordered considered and adjudged
by the Court that the Plaintiff Valentine Stirewalt
do have and recover of and from the Defendant
the sum of One thousand dollars for his
