And now on this day
this cause came on to be heard and the parties
plaintiffs and Defendant appearing in open
Court by their respective attorneys and the issues
being joined a Jury was called and there came
C.F. Parker, J.L. Patton, H.C. Cato, W.H. Sanders
R.M. Witt and Daniel Chesser who were duly
Sworn and empanelled to well and truly try the
issues joined and thereafter after hearing the evidence
the argument of counsel and the charge of the
Court retired to consider of their verdict
under instruction from the Court to bring in a
sealed verdict on tomorrow morning.
Whereupon the Grand Jury came into
open Court and rendered the following
