And now on this
day the Parties plaintiff and Defendant being
now in open Court as like wise the Jury who
retired to consider of their verdict in this
Cause on yesterday to wit: C.F. Parker J.L. Patton
H.C. Cato W.H. Sanders, R.M. Witt and Daniel
Chesser and now the Jury aforesaid rendered
the following verdict to wit:
We the Jury find for the plaintif and
assess the damages at ($ 284\55
Foreman - R.M. Witt
Whereupon it is ordered Considered and adjudged
by the Court that the Plaintiff do have and
recover of and from the Defendant the Sum
of Two hundred and Eighty Four 55/100 ($284\55)
Dollars for his damages together with his
Costs in this behalf expended taxed at
Dollars and
Cents, and the Defendant in Mercy &c

cause came on to be heard and the parties plaintiff
and Defendant being now in open by their respec-

C.W. Stephens, J.L. Crawford, C.F. Parker, W.H. Sanders
who were duly sworn and empanelled to well and
truly try the issues Joined and thereafter after
hearing the evidence Rendered the following verdict
