Wm J. Moore } We the Jury find the defendant
guilty and find that the plaintiff is the owner in
fee simple and entitled to the possession of the
property described in the Declaration which is as
follows to wit: Island number one (1) in Section
Sixteen (16) Township Twelve (12) South of Range
Twenty Two East Containing Seventeen Acres lying
and being in Orange Lake in Alachua County State
of Florida } C.F. Parker

Whereupon it is ordered Considered and adjudged
by the Court that the Plaintiff Sarah E. Dennis do
have and recover of and from the Defendant William
J. Moore the absolute title in fee in and to the whole
of that certain tract or parcel of land situate lying and
being in Alachua County State of Florida particularly
described as follows to wit: Island Number One (1) in
Section Sixteen (16) Township Twelve (12) South of Range
Twenty Two East Containing Seventeen acres lying and
being in Orange Lake in Alachua County State of
Florida - And that said Plaintiff do have a writ of
Possession for the said described land and that the
Plaintiff do have and recover of and from the Defend-
and the Sum of Twelve Dollars
and Eighty nine cents for her costs in this behalf
expended and the Defendant in mercy &c
Whereupon the Jury came into open Court
and rendered the following Indictments of
