and empanelled to well and truly try the issues
joined and thereafter after hearing the evidence the
argument of Counsel and the Charge of the Court
retired to consider of their verdict and thereafter on
the Same day returned into open Court and rendered
the following verdict to wit: Gainesville Fla Dec 3/84
We the Jury find for the Plaintiff & assess damages
for Twelve Hundred Dollars & 8 pr cent Interest
from January 22nd 1885 Foreman

Whereupon it is ordered considered and adjudged by
the Court that the Plaintiffs do have and recover of
and from the Defendant Sarah E. Dennis as administra-
trix of the Estate of Leonard G. Dennis deceased
the sum of Thirteen Hundred and Seventy Eight 66/100
Dollars for their damages to be levied of the Goods and
Chattels lands and tenements of said Leonard G. Dennis in
the hands of the said Sarah E. Dennis as administratrix
of the Estate of the estate of Leonard G. Dennis to be
administered by her together with their costs in this
behalf expended taxed at Twelve Dollars
and Eighty Nine cents and the Defendant in
mercy &c
Whereupon
The Court adjourned until Monday
morning at Eleven Oclock
