       Fall Term A.D. 186
           Monday December 6th 1886
       person as well as by His attorney A.J. Cone and now the
       Prisoner being brought to the Bar of the Court under the
       Custody of Samuel H. Wienges Sheriff of Alachua
       County to which Sheriff he is also likewise committed
       and now being demanded how he would acquit himself
       of the charge against him saith that he is not guilty
       as the indictment alleges against him and for
       good and evil he puts himself upon God and the
       Country for trial =

       State of Florida   }  Wigg
# 22           vs         }  Breaking and entering a dwelling house
       Henry Williams     }  in the night time being armed
       George Richardson  }  Fildes
       Mose James &       }
       Anderson Patterson }  And now on this day this Cause
                          }  came on to be heard William H.
       Wigg State attorney prosecuting in the name and by the
       authority of the State of Florida and the prisoners
       Henry Williams Mose James and Anderson Patterson
       appearing in open Court in their own respective proper
       person as well as by Chas L. Fildes their attorney and now
       the prisoners being demanded how they would acquit then-
       selves the charge against them Saith that they
       are not guilty as the Indictment alleges against them
       and for good and evil they put themselves upon God
       and the Country for trial

       Edward Frazier   }  Hughes
                           And now on this day this cause came
       on to be heard William H. Wigg State attorney prosecuting
       in the name and by the authority of the State of Florida
       and the prisoner appearing in open Court in his own proper
       person as well as by F.E. Hughes his attorney, and now
       the prisoner being demanded how he would acquit himself
       of the charge against him saith that he is not guilty as
       the Indictment alleges against him and for good and
       evil he puts himself upon God and the Country for trial -
