       Fall Term A.D. 186
           Monday December 6th 1886
       
       State of Florida }  Wigg
# 26           vs       }  Carrying concealed weapons
       Romeo Rutledge   }  Hughes
                        }  And now this Cause came on to 
       be heard William H. Wigg State attorney prosecuting in 
       the name and by the authority of the State of Florida 
       and the prisoner appearing in open Court in his own
       proper person as well as by his attorney F.E. Hughes 
       And now the prisoner being demanded how he would 
       acquit himself of the charge against him saith 
       that he is guilty as the Indictment alleges against 
       him
       Whereupon the Court sentenced the Prisoner Romeo
       Rutledge to pay a fine of Ten Dollars and the
       Costs of this Court and to stand Committed until 
       the said fine and costs are paid

       Richard Thomas   }  intent to commit a misdemeanor
                           Arnow
                           And now this cause came on to be
       heard William H. Wigg State attorney prosecuting in the 
       name and by the authority of the State of Florida and the 
       prisoner appearing in open Court in his own proper
       person as well as by G.J. Arnow his attorney and 
       being now demanded how he would acquit himself
       of the charge against him saith that he is not 
       guilty as the indictment alleges against him 
       and for good and evil he puts himself upon God 
       and the Country for trial

       George McDade    }  Lewey
                        }  And now this cause came on to 
       be heard William H. Wigg State attorney prosecuting  
       in the name and by the authority of the State of Florida 
       and the prisoner appearing in his own proper person 
       as well as by M.M. Lewey his attorney; and being now
       demanded how he would acquit himself of the 
       charge against him saith that he is guilty as
       the Indictment alleges against him
       Whereupon 
                the Court sentenced the Prisoner George
