     Monday December 6th 1886.
McDade to pay a fine of Ten Dollars and the Cost of
Court and to stand committed until said Fine and
Costs are paid

Whereupon the Sheriff Samuel H. Wienges having
returned the venire Facias for the Petit Jury for this the
2nd week of the Fall Term of this Court by
Serving = E.T. Hawthorn, T.A. Carroll, J.R. Faircloth,
H.N. Richard, James S. Hague, S.E. Shaw, George Easterlin
P.W.W. Sparkman Burrel Wiggins, C.B. Turner, W.M.
Knox, James Chesnut, Isaac T. Guinn and H.G. Mason
and that Joshua A. Futch C.C. Cox, J.B. Tyson and
Elias K. Roberts were not to be found in the County.

Whereupon the Court for good Cause shown excused
Isaac T. Guinn, P.W.W. Sparkman and S.E. Shaw from
attendance on the Court.

Whereupon the Court issued the following order to witt
            Fall Term A.D. 1886
                Dec 6th 1886
It appearing to the Court that there is a deficiency of
Eight Jurors to complete the panel of the Petit Jury
for the second week of this term it is ordered that the
Clerk issue a special venire Facias for the Eight legal
Jurors to be Summoned from the body of he County
to complete the panel of the Petit Jury, Returnable
