The Court met this day pursuant to adjournment
His Honor Thos F. King Judge presiding
Whereupon the Clerk having issued the Venire
Facias to complete the Panel of the Petit Jury
as by the order of the Court directed and
now
Comes Samuel H. Wienges Sheriff and returns
the same as having been executed by sum-
moning H.L. Bevill D.J. Dinkins G.L. Denton
Daniel Chesser, S.L. Blanton J.V. Denton

And now on motion of the
State attorney the appeal in this Cause is
dismissed and the Cause is remanded to
the Justice of the Peace Court from whence
it came

George Richardson } armed - with intent to Commit Larceny -

Anderson Patterson } And now this Cause Came
on to be heard, William H. Wigg State attorney pros-
ecuting in the name and by the authority of the
State of Florida and the Prisoners Henry Williams
Mose James and Anderson Patterson appearing
in open Court in their own proper persons as
well as by Chas L. Fildes their attorney - Where-
upon a Jury was called and there came
George Easterlin, E.T. Hawthorn, James Chesnut
T.A. Carroll, Burrel Wiggins and J.R. Faircloth,
who were duly Sworn and empanelled to well and
truly try the difference pending and thereafter
after hearing the evidence the argument of
Counsel and the Charge of the Court retired
to consider of their verdict and thereafter
on the same day returned into open
Court and rendered the following
verdict to wit: We the Jury find the prisoners
