And now this cause came
on to be heard William H. Wigg State attorney pros-
ecuting in the name and by the authority of the
State of Florida and the prisoner appearing in
his own proper person as well as by his attorney
F.E. Hughes whereupon a Jury was called and there
came C.B. Turner, James L. Hague W.M. Knox
S.L. Blanton D.J. Dinkins Jos A. Shannon who
were duly Sworn and empanelled to well and truly
try the difference pending and thereafter after
hearing the evidence the argument of Counsel and
the Charge of the Court retired to consider of their
verdict and thereafter on the Same day returned into
open Court and rendered the following verdict to wit:
We the Jury find the prisoner guilty of an aggra-
vated assault J.A. Shannon Foreman
State of Florida } Wigg
# 28 vs } Breaking or entering a building with
Richard Thomas } intent to commit a misdemeanor
G.J. Arnow
And now this Cause came on
to be heard William H. Wigg State attorney prosecuting
in the name and by the authority of the State of
Florida and the prisoner appearing in his own proper
person as well as by G.J. Arnow his attorney Whereupon
a Jury was called and there came Daniel Chesser
W.J. Knight Geo Easterlin Burrel Wiggins J.R. Faircloth
H.N. Richard who were duly Sworn and empanelled to
well and truly try the difference pending and thereafter
after hearing the evidence the argument of Counsel
and the Charge of the Court retired to consider
of their verdict and thereafter on the Same day
returned into open Court and rendered the foll-
lowing verdict to wit: We the Jury find the prisoner
guilty J.R. Faircloth Foreman
