And now the prisoners Henry
Williams Mose James and Anderson Patterson
being in open Court for sentence were demanded
if they had any thing to say why sentence
should not be passed upon them saith nothing
Whereupon the Court sentenced the Prisoners
Henry Williams, Mose James & Anderson Patterson
Each to confinement in the State Prison
at hard labor for the space of ten (10) years -

Edward Frazier }
And now the prisoner being
in open Court for sentence was demanded
if he had anything to say why sentence should
not be passed upon him saith nothing
Whereupon the Court sentenced the prisoner
Edward Frazier to Confinement in the County
Jail at hard labor for the space of one (1) year

Richard Thomas }
And now the prisoner being in
open Court for sentence was demanded if he
had any thing to say why sentence should not be
passed upon him saith nothing
Whereupon the Court sentenced the Prisoner Richard
Thomas to confinement in the State prison
at hard labor for the space of one (1) year -
Whereupon the Grand Jury came into open
Court and rendered the following Indictments of
The State of Florida }
vs } Resisting obstructing and
Hampton W. Tillis & } opposing an officer in discharge
Neva Wainright } of his duty
